The Resort complex on 50 acres in Palm Springs has two hotels : one is an 800-key guest hotel and the other is a 700-key timeshare hotel. The complex also incorporates a convention centre, three restaurants, retail shops and tennis courts all overlooking an 18-hole golf course.
The architectural composition consists of spheric-triangular modules. In the middle of each module, there is a shaded atrium with a water element, which flows through the ground floor towards the golf. The particular springs are feeding the outdoor water areas shaded by palm groves around the golf.
