Concept: Considering the lack of green areas, where inhabitants of Paris could rest, we have chosen the architectural form with cascades of roof gardens with water elements. They are falling down to the level of Rue Saint Merri, continuing under the Boulevard Sebastopol further to Les HALLES.

Large triangular module allows the maximal flexibility of the floor plan. In the corners of "triangels" are in octogons possible vertical communications for visitors or large elevator for camions. Horizontal connections of those octogons are suggesting the possible moovement of visitors on each level. Entrance passage on the ground level A1 is embracing infocentre B1. Escalators are located on the perimeter of this passage.
