Competition entry.
Traditional construction maintains a continuity with the existing urban fabric. The house was built on a typically medieval narrow site. From the ruins of the original 18-19th century building, only the structure of one room on the 2nd floor and the adjacent part of the rear facade survived.
Reconstruction and addition (restaurant, café, luxury apartments, interior, roof gardens).
Tvar vily kopíruje tvar pozemku. Jednoduchostí a čistotou se odlišuje od typizovaných haciend střední třídy a napodobenin Viktoriánských vil.
Objekt se nachází u rybníka „Na Baště“ před branou do renesančního města Telče. Tvarosloví navrženého objektu je inspirováno historickým kontextem.
